Return Policy

RETURNS:

Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the
original packaging.

Several types of products are exempt from returns. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned.
We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional items that cannot be returned:
* Gift cards
Downloadable software products
* Certain health and personal care items


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations in which only partial refunds are issued: (if applicable)
* Accessories with obvious signs of use.
* Any product that shows obvious signs of having been opened, provided that the customer's claim is properly verified by our staff.
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error.
* Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item you returned. We will also
notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a
certain number of days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next, contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to officially appear on your statement. After that, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund appears.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only full-price items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at
support.pradera@gmail.com and send your item to: Jirón Chinchaysuyo No. 613, Zárate, San Juan de Lurigancho, LIMA, 15401, Peru.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and we shipped it directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the person who gave the gift had the order shipped to them to give to you, we will issue a refund to the person who gave the gift, and they will be notified of your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you must mail it to: Jirón Chinchaysuyo No. 613, Zárate, San Juan de Lurigancho, LIMA, 15401, Peru.

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your replacement product may vary.

If you are shipping an item worth more than $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your return.
