Shipping Policy

When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped from our respective warehouses. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sales seasons. We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders will be processed within 3–5 business days from the order date and shipped the day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, please allow 3 to 5 business days for order processing. After that, delivery within the United States will take between 12 and 20 business days, and international orders will take between 15 and 30 business days (depending on location).

Will I be charged taxes and customs duties?

Some prices shown on our site are tax-free in U.S. dollars, which means you may have to pay duties and taxes once you receive your order, unless the product purchased in our store covers them. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, and this is determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes will depend on the selected product, and we will only be responsible for covering them if the product includes taxes and duties; otherwise, the responsibility lies solely with the customer and will not be covered by us.
