Gift Card Policy

1. Gift cards purchased from Pradera do not expire, unless otherwise required or permitted by the laws of your country.
2. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash, except where required by applicable law (e.g., in the United States, where some states like California require cash reimbursement for remaining balances under $10 USD).
3. Pradera is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards once the code has been delivered to the purchaser.
4. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for another gift card or used to purchase other gift cards.
5. Use of a gift card implies acceptance of these terms and our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
6. In the event of store discontinuation, Pradera will make its best efforts to honor the balance of valid gift cards in accordance with applicable law.
