When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped from our respective warehouses. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the order date and shipped the day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. After that, it will take 12-20 business days for delivery within the United States, and 15-30 business days for international orders (depending on location).

Will I be charged taxes and customs fees?

Some prices shown on our site are tax-free in US dollars, meaning you may be required to pay duties and taxes upon receiving your order, unless the product purchased from our store includes them. Import duties, tariffs, and related customs fees may be levied once your order reaches its final destination, as determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes depends on the product selected, and we are only responsible for covering them if the product includes duties and taxes. Otherwise, the responsibility lies solely with the customer, and we will not cover them. We are not responsible for delays caused by your country's customs department.
